A marathon performance by artist Sean Ripple.
An All Day Performance Piece:
Sat. March 15th, noon -6pm
Using snippets of the blare from a clock radio
set to a random station as a means to contextualize
performative acts and image-making during the
nine minute snooze interval between alarm blasts,
artist Sean Ripple will spend approximately 6 hours
producing sketch paintings, drawings, photographs,
videos, writings, and whatever else might come to
mind on the fly. The output is meant to be an
exhibition on the limitations and boundlessness of impulse.
